Arizona Child Center was established in 1967 as a provider of child care services

Over the past 32 years, Arizona Child Center has been a strong leader within the child care industry. We started as "All Seasons Childcare" in 1968 as a provider of child care. In 1992 our name changed to "Arizona Child Center" mainly because of the great demand that exists for quality preschool programs.

Our company has evolved into not only a high quality child care establishment, but also as a pre-school with a program that will enhance the educational development of your child as an individual. Arizona Child Center has now built and established more than 48 custom child care centers across the country.

Center Director - Kimberly Steele-Haynes





Hello, my name is Kimberly Steele-Haynes. I’ve been in the childcare industry for over 20 years. My duties have consisted of Teacher, Director, Area Director, and Trainer. I enjoy working with families and their children as well as the teachers who work with the children on a daily basis.
I’m married to a great man and have four wonderful children and three precious grandchildren.
My educational background is I have a CDA and an NAC, as well as numerous hours of training in the field of early childhood. I have also been a S*CCEEDS trainer for the past ten years.

I’ve worked as a director for Valley Child Care & learning Centers and Cactus Preschools since August of 2004. In 2004 our center received a nationally recognized accreditation from N.E.C.P.A. We are very proud of this accomplishment because it took a lot of hard work from everyone at our center to achieve it. One thing I love about the Cactus Preschools/Valley Learning Center’s company is that it is family owned and operated. This company has put their emphasis on Early Childhood Education and supporting families throughout the valley for numerous years. Their goal is to make their centers a happy place for children to grow and develop into creative, thoughtful, self confident individuals. I encourage you to come in and take a tour of our center and meet our awesome teachers.
